  CBS News  WASHINGTON - Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will answer lawmakers  questions about the fatal attack in Benghazi, Libya - but not until after th stanley cup e State Department concludes its own probe into the Sept. 11, 2012 assault, a source close to the investigation told CBS News.
